Julie LaFromboise, our featured First Friday artist, is a lifelong Missoula resident, mother of three, and preschool teacher who has spent more than 22 years caring for and teaching young children. In February 2025, she was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer and has since been unable to work while undergoing aggressive treatment. Julie continues to face each day with remarkable strength and hope. Proceeds from the sale of her artwork during April will help support her family and cover medical expenses.
